Employment: Full Time

My client is a holding company and distributor with a large portfolio of luxury brands who pride themselves on the quality of their employees, ethical practices, the range and quality of their products. Due to the ongoing expansion in the UAE they are looking for an Office Manager and Administration support to assist with their busy and growing team.

Based in Dubai, the primary job responsibility is to coordinate all administrative processes, arranging travel itineraries, meetings and events, and coordinating office support services. This will include purchasing and invoicing, selecting office vendors, supervising the purchasing process, building relationships with vendors and managing third party contractors. Other duties may include managing financial accounts and company reports, assuming basic HR responsibilities, providing IT support to the team as well as general housekeeping.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background within a support role. Candidates should have the ability to work autonomously and be highly organized, use their initiative and always be one step ahead. They should be comfortable with communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are crucial.
