Job description / Role
A multinational company with a global presence is seeking to recruit an Office Manager to support their regional team.
Duties will include:
- Maintain policies and procedures for the office
- Manage stationary orders
- Manage personnel files and monitor holidays and sickness
- Book travel, meetings and events
- Manage diaries
- Organise work for the Office Boy and Driver
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be based in the UAE and have at least 6 months local experience. You will have at least 2 years PA/Office Management experience.
The ideal candidate for the role will be Western educated.
The salary is offered at AED 15,000
