Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting into the Finance & Operations Manager, the Office Manager will be taking responsibility for the day to day running of the business by supporting the sales staff and our client-site staff. Daily tasks will include:

- Managing daily staff attendance
- Producing legal documents and amending terms of business
- Producing staff contracts of employment as per UAE Labour Law
- Assisting the Visa process for new staff
- Manage the relationship between the company and it's suppliers (IT, Stationary, Travel Agent etc)
- Manage the reception (connecting calls and arrange client meetings)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, we are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience of working in the Middle East coupled with the following skills;

- Fluent English and Arabic language skills
- Previous experience of managing an office of at least 15 staff
- Previous experience of working in recruitment, IT or the Telecommunications sectors
- A good understanding of GCC Labour Law
- Bachelor's degree
