Job description / Role
Arranging visas, travel, meetings and appointments.
Record and distribute minutes of staff meetings.
Supervising and monitoring staff.
Organising and overseeing company events.
Screening phone calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible.
Issuing and processing various documents (sales contracts, invoices, letters, memos, correspondence etc).
Translation of documents.
Setting up and making payments related to the office.
Managing filing systems.
Organising office layout.
Ordering stationary and equipment.
Maintaining current and future systems.
Giving general support where needed.
Requirements
University Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Nature and Length of Previous Experience:
At least 3 years.
