Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A local luxury retail business, is seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to support the CEO and oversee the main operational functions of the office.

Duties will include:
- Overseeing the financial function including managing junior finance staff
- Negotiating with suppliers for office supplies and operations
- Providing day to day admin support for the CEO
- Supporting other members of the team when required e.g HR, Marketing

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years UAE experience in a similar role, working within a local company would desirable.

Experience working with a finance team or in the financial services industry would be beneficial.

- Female
- Aged 25 - 35

Salary is up to AED 25,000 dependent on experience and matching critiera
