Employment: Full Time

Our client, an international manufacturing company based in Dubai, is looking for an Office Manager with experience in account receivables.

This is the ideal position for a candidate who has experience in office administration, accounts and experience in JAFZA would be ideal.

Working hours would be 7 hours a day including lunch break and are flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Oragnise travel for all staff
- Process staff expense claims
- Entry and management of all customer orders
- Contact point and all communication with all suppliers
- All admin duties as required in the office

Requirements

- Experience in account receivables and all office administration/Personal assistant responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working in JAFZA would be beneficial yet not essential.
