Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large, locally owned holding company that has been established in the region for more than 20 years. Our client has interests within the food and beverage and investment markets and is developing their portfolio into international investments.
Due to this growth, the business is looking to hire an Office Manager to manage the office from an operational and administration perspective.
This is an exceptionally challenging role. You will be responsible for the administration requirements of three senior individuals, to include the CIO, CEO and a Director. You will manage their diaries, travel and expenses as well as book meetings and take minutes where necessary. You will have a strong understanding of the business and be able to confidently assist clients. In addition, you will be responsible for ordering stationery and liaising with the FM team regarding repairs.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have more than 3 years experience in an office management position, ideally with experience from within the UAE. You should be able to multitask and have the ability to balance 3 senior diaries to meet all requirements. Arabic would be advantageous but not essential whilst proven experience and a dedicated attitude would be highly beneficial.
