Employment: Full Time

Required for a firm of Legal Consultants in Dubai

We are looking for an Office Manager with local experience preferred but not a must.

Office Manager:
- Assisting with Labour and Immigration and Visa queries,
- Handling of all Office Administration matters including staff entry and exit procedure
- Office vehicles maintenance renewal and registration supervision
- Office supplies and equipment maintenance and ordering,
- Review of office punctuality and absence of staff
- Assisting the Owner with appraisals and reviews; checking KPIs and reminding staff of the same;
- Recruitment and assisting with Interviews
- Organising Training / Courses of the staff members
- Organising Medical and Other Insurances
- Keeping administration and personnel files in good order and up to date
- Holding Fee earner Admin Meetings / Head of Departments Meetings / Secretary meetings and taking minutes
- Registration of New Lawyers with the Rulers Office, Renewal of their and the Principals registrations.
- Flight and Hotel bookings
- Updating Policy Handbook upon reviewing the same.

Requirements

Previous managerial experience or administration at a high level is required.

The position is for someone who would enjoy working in a young, progressive Law Firm. Computer literacy is a MUST.

Salary around Dhs.20,000 but negotiable.
