Office Project Manager Consultant Automotive - KSA

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a PMO Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Head of PMO. This position will be based in KSA

JOB PURPOSE:
Support the Head of PMO to guide strategic decisions for the Company in KSA based on business intelligence and ensure timely implementation of Management Committee action plan

Key Accountabilities
- Collecting data and intelligence from all Companys departments
- Preparing regular reports on business and operations performance
- Organizing strategy workshops as well as value-adding, cross-functional meetings on critical or organization-wide topics
- Providing input into business function strategies and making recommendations on overall Companys strategic direction
- Meeting on regular basis with Heads of Companys departments
- Reporting on progress and escalating bottlenecks to Managing Director
- Communication and working relationship:
- Managing Director
- Heads of Companys KSA functions

Travel requirements:
- Frequent travel across KSA with minimum 4 out of 5 days in the field per week

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years work experience, with 3 years in strategy
- Language: excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required
- Driver's license: Required for the job

Gross Package / Month 21000
To Gross Package / Month 30000
