Employment: Full Time

We at Al Tayer are looking for an Office Services Executive for our Legal team to provide all the necessary administrative support and assist in the entire cycle and completion of projects .

Requirements

As a Legal Secretary you shall have a Bachelors Degree in any specialization and atleast 2 - 3 years work experience of administrative / coordination support in the legal industry in UAE. Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic is an advantage.

You shall be a self motivated, assertive and driven individual with knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects (or equivalent software) excellent communication skills bringing along high analytical ability with a good eye for detail, exceptional organization and team playing skills .
