The Role

The Role

Our client (FM consultancy) require a Office Services Manager, for a large project in Jeddah.

You will be required to develop the policies and procedures for the delivery of office support functions to respective clients, including procedures for the handling, accounting and safe keeping of commercial-in-confidence material and papers.

Plan the manning requirement of office staff to functional areas in order to provide normal work hours support and provide out of hours support as required.

Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure that the office service function is delivered within budget.

Manage all office IT and ancillary equipment and ensure availability of such equipment and other technical support aids are available as and when required.

Manage the delivery of consumables to ensure that offices and departments function effectively.

Manage the usage of office machinery including photocopying and document binding ensuring that optimum uses is made of available resources whilst minimising equipment redundancy.

Manage the office services work force effectively ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and operate in accord with health and safety guidelines and are customer aware focussed.

Manage the store of consumable material including IT disposables and establish replenishment protocols with the material manager as appropriate.

Liaise with the client's management team in order to satisfy new requirements and resolve issues as required.

Liaise with the work flow manager and security manager to ensure that the office services aspects of the business continuity and disaster plan exercised.



Qualification required:

Essential that you hold a degree in Business Admin.

Experience required:

Min of 5 years experience in a similar environment

Budget and cost control experience

Training and development experience
