The Role


The Role


Coordinates and participates all the activities of Office Services Section. This includes coordinating all aspects of ; space planning, facility administration, office supplies, housekeeping and administration of supplies/services contracts for office services, and monitoring the proper application of the terms and conditions of the contracts, and performance of the contractors. Recommends changes to scope of work in contract renewals or awards. Plans, coordinates and directs the provision of office furniture and equipment, stationery and commissary items. Sources out, plans and procures quality office furniture and equipment from the local market at competitive prices.

a. Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration
b. 4 - 6 years’ experience in Facility management or Office Services area in large organizations
c. Very good written and spoken English
d. Proficiency in the use of office software, presentation software and skills in SAP
e. Very good experience in spreadsheet and should have good analytical, presentation skills
