Job description / Role
Salary Upto Dhs. 12,000
For a multinational on Sheikh Zayed Road.
You will provide effective operation support to the Middle East office. You will support the GM and Operations Manager and provide efficient and confidential support with specific focus on finance, health and Safety and business continuity of the office. You will be responsible for office and facilities management duties, arranging and facilitating meetings and events as necessary. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills and an ability to write and coordinate management reports and presentations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be educated to degree level.
You should possess excellent communication skills in English
You must have worked on complex PowerPoint presentations with ability to design, build and manipulate spreadsheets.
Please note that this is a temporary contract for 6 months. Only candidates on husband/father sponsorship will be considered.
