The Role


The Role


Manages and performs office administration of the company, specifically responsible for planning, developing and implementing administrative systems including office management, travel arrangements, office space, utilization, human resources and administrative support.

Successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Office and Business Administration/Management or equivalent years of experience. Must have strong customer service focus, ability to exercise good judgment in stressful and/or ambiguous situations, demonstrates strong written and communication skills and a solutions driven and excellent in problem solving skills. Proficient with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and having background in accounting is an advantage. Preference would be given to applicant with U.A.E. experience. Salary is negotiable.
