The RoleThe RoleThis prominent and well respected finance and investment company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an office and facilities coordinator to join them in their growing team. Having recently relocated to new offices, a need has arisen to have a dedicated person to look after the following: - Car parking space allocation and supervision - Management of access cards - Set up and subsequent coordination of policies and procedures linking to deliveries, suppliers, permissions, filling and general office coordination - Administration - Supervision of drivers and receptionist |
