Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead the effort to attract investment in the allocated sector (Manufacturing and logistics)
- Develop strategy and capability, execute delivery programs and deliver KPIs.
- Work within the Business Development team to contribute to best practice & the overall team effort.
- Prepare value propositions for sectors assigned by management.
- Work with Marketing Department to prepare marketing materials for these sector.
- Deliver of effective company contact programs.
- Lead the interface with potential investors, nurturing assigned prospects through the pipeline efficiently and effectively to success.
- Develop and deliver an aftercare contact program with existing investors in these sectors.
- Accurate & timely reports of personal progress against objectives / KPIs, as required.
- Focus of proactive approach of targeting investments.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationship with external stakeholders.
- Closely monitor business environment and report progress and shortfalls of the environment in relation to sector being managed.
- Work and collaborate with International Office staff and Canvassing agents.
- Assist walk-in investors & miscellaneous inquirers.
- Prepare, assist, and/or manage visits of Investors and Inbound Delegations.
- Research and compile list of companies that are to be proactively targeted.

Requirements

- 2- 6 years of work experience in business development, client relationship, or sales.
- As per the company policy, preference will be given to Bahraini nationals
- Must have sector in experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Bachelors Degree.
- Must be fluent in English language, Arabic is a plus
