Officer International Services Support

Job description / Role

Role Summary:
You will be responsible for performing activities related to services support for international services support.

Role Description:
- Ensure provision of all services support within the approved budget and time frame.
- Coordinate with concerned user departments to secure the requirements and schedule for the services necessary for all International facilities.
- Coordinate & follow up with consultants, contractors, etc. to ensure provision of all services within the approved budget and time frame.
- Coordination with all users of the Facility in order to establish requirements for services.
- Liaison with International Services Support as necessary to prepare resources & procurement plan for services.
- Ensuring implementation for establishing quality standards.
- Provide support, as required, during negotiation & administration of contracts, purchase contracts for consumables for effecting cost saving and target scheduling.
- Implement an effective Safety & Risk Management program, closely monitor & ensure the security & safety standards are respected by all Contractors involved in provision of services for International premises.
- Respect the requirements of insurance policy & work permits during the services,
- Verify the billing and progress of work submitted by contractors and vendors and forward for approval to the Head of International Services Support.
- Comply with applicable quality standards for all infrastructure & facilities.
- Comply with the Groups services support methodology.
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

Requirements

- A Technical College Degree in related Engineering - or similar technical training.
- At least 5 years of experience in a job of similar nature.
- Minimum MS Office skills, Access.
- Technical skills and interpersonal relationship are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
