Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance function of QNB Premises.
- You will perform quality checks on QNB operating premises, projects and provide quality assurance on the work of QNB staff, contractors and consultants

Role Description:
- Assist in the monitoring and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on periodic basis.
- Ensure that all premises & infrastructure are maintained within the set policies and procedures, QNB standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with QNB project personnel, management, contractors and vendors to review respective project & maintenance works execution.
- Execute quality assurance checks using set QNB quality assurance techniques and Workspace Management policy and provide quality assurance reports.
- Support the Head of Premises & Facilities in the monitoring of Periodic Maintenance of Equipment (Generators, lights, A/Cs, other office equipment, etc.).
- Monitor the work of contractors and vendors to ensure work is performed as per QNB quality requirements and the contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with projects and maintenance departments staff to identify quality assurance (QA) issues, analyse QA issues, recommend solutions and follow up with concerned personnel for timely implementation.
- Ensure procurement and supply of furniture & equipment meet the required quality and standard and are maintained according to the laid down norms of QNB.
- Monitor safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements and provide assurance on the effective implementation of projects in compliance with such requirements.
- Visit locations and provide detailed reports as to the results of the visits.
- Develop an understanding of QNB quality standards and quality assurance techniques.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality with regards to data gathered during quality assurance activities.
- Maintain and ensure highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of quality assurance activities.

Requirements

- You should hold a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering science or a related field.
- You should possess at least 5 years of experience in a job of similar nature.
- You will have excellent communicational skills in Arabic and English beside analytical, decision making and conflict management ability.
- Good computer software MS Office skills.
- You will have sufficient Quality assurance practices, procedures and standards knowledge.
