The RoleThe RoleExpected Contribution Viz. Job Scope/Job Profile  Prepare Business Plan.  Budget, Coordinate with Project Leader, Client & Consultant.  Project coordination and management, Innovative solutions to maintain project schedule.  Cost effective Engineering Management within Project Specifications and timeliness.  Should have good skills in Variation Management  Sound in Procurement and subcontracting ordering and execution control.  Can conduct project review meeting independently internally as well as with clients.  Must be strong leader managing a team of staff to deliver timely and effective results.  Lead a team of planning and scheduling personnel and deliver documents and implement the schedule effectively using multiple companies / departments.  Should be resourceful, having good networking in related industry. Should be a good orator and writing skills for coordination with client/ vendors.  Overall responsible for contract. Competency Requirement Viz. Exposure to the relevant type of Industry/Sector • Oil & Gas • Refinery and Petrochemical • Any other related industry List of All the Activities (Duties & Responsibilities 1. Review and lead organization structure and resource planning 2. Review and lead project schedule and activity list with planning engineer 3. Work out and lead budgeted cost and cost control methodology 4. Understand the work break down structure and implement project functioning effectively and efficiently 5. Develop project communication channel and document control 6. Understand project requirement and implement through internal and external resources 7. Generate feed backs for continual improvement and growth in Engineering, Planning, Procurement and Sub Contracting 8. Work for pre-bid project for technical and commercial bid submission 9. Site interaction and progress monitoring both for engineering and construction 10. Work as medium for data flow between external and internal environment 11. Work for logistics, expediting for the full control of project 12. Prepare close out report 13. Generate input for risk management and lesson learnt 14.
