The RoleThe RolePathway Resourcing are a leading specialist recruiter and part of a FTSE 250 Organisation with 2,500 staff worldwide. We have been in Dubai for 1 year and have expanded by 400% in that time to 28 consultants. Projected growth in 2009 is a further 100% in headcount and 225% turnover/profit. Our Engineering Division is expanding faster than every other division and we are now seeking an experienced Oil & Gas recruiter to help start up an Oil & Gas desk. We are offering the backing of a FTSE 250 organisation with all the facilities (advertising spend, world class database and search facilities, career development and training) BUT we are offering a lot of autonomy and freedom in the role, giving you the chance to bring your knowledge and grow as you like into a future business leader. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe are looking for a highly ambitious, driven and dedicated recruiter with at least 12 months very recent, Middle East Oil & Gas recruitment experience. We want a person who believes that they can and will progress into management within a couple of years, someone with clear goals / objectives in life and a strong work ethic. We offer in return uncapped commission that is extremely competitive, a strong basic wage, a car on joining, 2 annual holiday targets, weekly and monthly competitions/incentives but ultimately, we are offering opportunity.
