Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Onboarding Coordinator - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Purpose:
To successfully on-board new employees into the region by ensuring accuracy and consistency in delivery.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Responsible for all new joiner mobilizations, this will include all administrative tasks associated with mobilizations (accommodation, flights, air shipment, request new hire forms from new joiner etc) as applicable.
• Create Master Support Request via CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Responsible for obtaining all immigration documents for visa processing
• Prepare letter of employment for all new joiners
• Prepare welcome pack for all new hires
• Administrations of the probationary review process
• Participate in and deliver HR sessions for inductions and orientations for new joiners
• Preparation of weekly new joiner reports and updates to the Hiring Managers and relevant business group Leads
• Other Onboarding tasks as listed in the Onbaording coordinator checklist
• Providing standard policy/ procedural information
• May be called upon to assist outside of the functional area
Requirements
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
• Previous HR experience required, minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of Middle East labour Law and Immigration requirements required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels and across different cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a high volume environment
• Ability to question effectively, provides constructive feedback and deal with customers in an empathetic but confident manner.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage expectations in relation to HR procedures and processing
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and use sound judgment with limited functional guidance and oversight.
• Previous Onboarding (Mobilizations) experience required.
