An opportunity with a multinational pharma business and a global leader

Lead the Oncology BU across the Gulf & Levant Markets. Team management and Total operational responsibility for the assigned Country Business Unit including, Performance, P&L, growth & profit maximization of the Oncology portfolio. Lead and ensure execution of all sales & Marketing activities in line with the strategic plans to achieve, short and long term business unit objectives. Maximize growth and performance of the Oncology portfolio by executing in country plans and looking for new opportunities (eg: market expansion, new products launches) to realize growth. Ensure alignment of Customer / Account plans with Oncology portfolio strategies across GLM and Optimize access for Oncology products. Reporting and high standards of Compliance to norms, policies and procedures at cluster level. Oncology Distributors relationship management ensuring their support to enhance the overall channel performance ( eg. Timely submission of registration dossiers, optimization of inventory levels at the agents/distributors, management of receivables and debit notes). Represent the Oncology BU internally and externally. Build & maintain professional sound relationship with key decision makers and key Opinion Leaders to ensure continuous understanding of new market dynamics and customers insights

Requirements

- University Degree in medical science and business or equivalent levels.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in management.
- Deep Oncology expertise and track record of successful new launches
- Proven success in multi-brand /portfolio/ Country/ Cluster P&L management
- Proven track record in People management
- Ability to manage complexity (across brands, functions and countries)
- Ability to build and lead high performing x-functional and x-cultural teams
- Broad knowledge and experience of healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Change management and organizational development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, sales performance indicators and core marketing principles.
- Upholding values/adhering to standards, role modelling, visibility and inspirational leadership
- Fluency in Arabic and in English.
