To support our continued growth, we are looking for a smart and highly driven Online Advertising Sales Executive to join our Sales team in our office in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing GulfTalent's media advertising revenue. He/she must develop a cohesive sales and account management strategy, build solid contacts and successful business relationships and demonstrate strong business acumen and professionalism.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Researching and cold calling prospective advertisers (national and regional) consistent with the company's target segments
- Presenting advertising solutions and packages to prospective advertisers, and following up via phone and email as needed
- Establishing relationships and making sales presentations with existing and new clients
- Developing advertising proposals
- Developing and executing online advertising marketing campaigns for clients including banners, mailshots and newsletter sponsorships
- Effectively articulating and communicating the company's brand to match it with appropriate advertising partners
- Working collaboratively with sales, product and marketing teams to achieve successful delivery of advertising solutions to clients
- Contributing to enhancing and evolving the company's online advertising offering

Requirements

This position requires a self-motivated, experienced media sales professional with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate would have:
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong background in advertising sales, online media sales, B2B sales
- Demonstrated track record in delivering and hitting sales targets
- Familiarity with online advertising concepts and terminology - such as CPM, CTR, etc.
- Experience in consulting and negotiating with clients at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication/telephone skills
