Job description / Role
My client, a well known financial services company, is recruiting for an Online Marketing Specialist/Web Analyst to join their team to carry out various responsibilities including the following:
- Support Digital Manager implementing the online strategy
- Support to develop business through our online portal
- Coordinate, support and execute campaigns through various online marketing channels in order to drive lead generation to support corporate goals.
- One of the main focus' will also be on planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimisation of PPC advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of the lead generation for key segments
- Part of the role will also require web analytics, where you will be expected to extract information from various applications and systems, develop standard report and perform analysis that's designed to influence marketing and analytic decisions that contribute to the growth of profitable business.
- Required to increase qualified leads for market segments by using PPC
- In order to improve PPC performance, you would also be expected to manage a relationship with the agency and manage and launch effective campaigns
- Manage online project requests to meet or exceed expectations as well as deliver quality work on time
- Expected to use various software programs, include Google AdWords, to measure growth and effectiveness of PPC to recommend areas of improvement for campaign performance
- Support social media activity (with agency)
- Support the maintenance for data quality and build segmentation
- Expand knowledge of basic online marketing tools, trends and best practices regularly.

- Data aggregation across numerous data sources
- Process design or the mapping of data for analysis
- Data reconciliation and integrity
- Implementation of analytic requirements into custom solutions
- Support strategic analysis for stakeholders
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 year's experience in web analytics background required, either in marketing, advertising, interactive/technology consulting or retail environment
- Must have a degree qualification (or equivalent) in the relevant field
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Familiar with email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click and real-time-bidding campaign management, Google Adwords, marketing systems including marketing automation platform or email marketing system
- Search engine optimisation
- Perform data enablement for eBusiness, eService and multi channel activities
- Social Media trends and mobile application experience is preferable
- Previous experience in PPC and SEO, as well as email marketing, lead generation and online content development
- Knowledge of data integration from various sources and interpretation capabilities
- Knowledge on UX and purchase funnel optimisation, social media community
