Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Coordinate and plan all marine, aviation and chemical logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support offshore platforms with the required materials, equipment, spare parts, process and pipeline chemicals, and helifuel and personnel transfers.
Perform various type of vessel on & off-hire inspections.
Coordinates marine vessels loading and unloading operations, prepares shipping & aviation documents including manifest, dangerous good declaration and cost reports.
Coordinate with Supply Department in preparing the scope of work for marine, aviation and chemical contract agreements.
Prepare load lists, supervise loading of supply vessel, complies manifest shipping documentation and verifies individual / collective cargo weights. Maintain cargo movement statics for audit and departmental reporting. Coordinate daily scheduling and planning of company’s marine operations, coordinate all safety standby vessel operations, crewing, maintenance days and consumptions.
Coordinate with warehouse, offshore, maintenance services, department for cargo, equipment, chemicals and material requirements and arrange pick-up of materials for filed locations direct from the warehouse. Coordinate emergency (cassavas) or VIP special flights.
Maintain record and note authorizations when applicable.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Technical skills:
University Degree, Technical Diploma or HND in Operations, Maintenance or similar.
IMO Certified for Transportation and Handling of Dangerous / Hazardous Good by Sea preferred.
IATA Certified for Transportation & Handling of Dangerous / Hazardous Goods by Air Preferred.
Minimum 6 years’ of experience in Offshore Logistics (Marine or Helicopter or Chemical).
Varied experience in handling materials, hazardous chemicals, equipment and logistic activities in supporting Offshore Oil & Gas Operations.
Computer literacy.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to several levels.
Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
