Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international US firm who specialize in critical document and electronic delivery solutions customized to their clients’ needs. They are looking to hire multiple application developers. The successful applicants will be part of a new development team which aims to integrate applications with third-party products and existing IT infrastructure.
You will have experience in analysing functional and technical requirements in direct partnership with clients for the design and production of enterprise documents. You will be able to design, develop, test and deploy mission critical applications and document production workflows relying on the Open Print suite of products and languages as well as standard programming languages such as Python, C and/or Java.
Requirements
You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in computer science / technology along with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C and/or Java (Python preferred). It is essential that you understand shell scripting on Unix/Linux systems along with waterfall life cycle and OO methodologies, such as UML. Any experience with web technologies and database operations would be advantageous.
