Job description / Role
- Ensure the BTL, Events and Shopper Marketing plans are aligned to the brand objectives and customer priorities across the year.
- Lead in conjunction with Brand Building (consumer marketing teams) to develop tailored marketing plans for key customers.
- Managing the creative, through inspirational briefs, holding them accountable for deliverables and within budget.
- Work closely with Retail Execution to ensure all in-store activations land successfully on time in full as planned.
- Maintaining Models and Promoters Database up to date for future promotional campaigns and events
- Organizing & managing retail branding.
- Organizing, managing and supervising promotional campaigns, exhibitions & promotional activities.
- Searching and managing castings for promoters, models, hostess, MCs and other part time staff.
- Working closely with suppliers for giveaway items, promotional and exhibition stands manufacturers, printing press and POSM materials manufacturers.
- Arranging place for promotion activities and exhibitions.
- Managing client's enquiries and requirements.
- Casting promoters before short listing for client's approval
- Product training with promoters before start of campaign
- Visiting outlets to ensure promoters are at their best in promoting the brand
- Present onsite for mall activation and events
- Ensuring all necessary work permits and important documents are ready before campaign or event
- Contacting suppliers based on items required for a particular project/events
- Travel bookings and hotel reservations for events
- Handling from pre-production, execution and post-production of all required for a projects
- Building business relationship with suppliers and freelancers in UAE and other Middle East countries
- Reporting directly to Director of Operations and Operations Manager
Requirements
- Brand Building experience preferable
- Customer Marketing experience - presenting to customers preferable
- Experience with holding individuals to account, and managing several stakeholder relationships
- Creative entrepreneurial mindset
