The RoleThe RoleAn proactive, enthusiastic, reliable, self motivated, optimistic with proven record of leadership along with coordination of MEP activities. Estimation, design & execution of HVAC system. Split a/c, railway roof mounted package air-conditioning, package unit, chiller plant, Dx system, ventilation system, ducting & chilled water system and execution of LV distribution system, lighting control system, low current system (MATV, CCTV, Tel, Data, fire alarm, public address, access control and BMS) along with electrical equipments (LV panel boards, generators, bus bar etc.) & all type of plumbing works. Able to review tender documents, BOQ shop drawing, specification of materials and design drawings. Able to prepare operation and maintenance manuals. Able to review the monthly progress reports and compare with project work. Able to interact with client/consultant and the subcontractors. In nut shell he must have the ability to operate supervise control and ensure smooth operation of all MEP related activities including Estimation, Designing, Execution of HVAC system, electrical and electro mechanical instrumentation system, chiller plant system, general air-conditioning system, piping system, fire fighting and safety alarm system, distribution system, lighting control system, low current system etc. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Qualification Must be B.E in electrical or mechanical field. Professional Qualification Must have diploma/certificates in MEP projects, should have attended seminar/concern lectures. Experience Must be at least 8 to 10 years minimum experience and worked as operation manager in multination company in major projects. Experience certificates from the old and current employer are needed. |
