The RoleThe RoleOur Client is a Leading Security Service Provider looking for Operation Manager handling Operation,Sales,BD,Administration,Recruitment,Contract Staffing Responsibilities and Duties: (Will be responsible to recruit 150 security Staff) Manage and support all divisional operations on a daily basis. • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract start up phase covering all aspects i.e Project & Logistics Planning, Sourcing and recruiting of contract staff, Contract staff induction and continuation training, Arranging and controlling local order purchases, Control and support the division supervisors, Monitor and visit the contract works teams at regular intervals • Working with the Account Managers attending client meetings as and when required and assist the Account Managers in obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals • Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and also for the daily/weekly briefings with the Account Managers and team supervisors. • Maintain and run the monthly budgets and P&L account for all division contracts. • Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract. • Undertake site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of the service. • Resolve staff issues together with relevant departments. |
RequirementsRequirements10 Years plus experience as Security Provider, 4 years in Operation of Security Service Providers Salary, Plus housing,Car, Phone Package 22000-28000 AED PM Any Nationality, 5 Years UAE experience is a must |
