Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Operations Manager is responsible for store operations, staff development, marketing and visual merchandising for assigned stores. Actively contributes to development of business initiatives relevant to brand projects
* Executing the business plan on a daily basis
* Driving sales and profitability across multiple stores
* Ensuring employment issues are dealt with as required, including all disciplinary and grievances in line with business policies and procedures
* Managing teams of store managers in terms of their professional development and supporting the succession planning processes
* Liaison with all stakeholder groups to ensure that stores are run with correct stock levels, resources, training and to provide central focal point for remedial action where this is not the case
* To provide reports and plans to Senior Operations Manager as required

Requirements

* Lebanese National
* Secondary (High School) level education is essential. Bachelor / Undergraduate level of benefit
* Minimum of 3 years retail background including demonstrable  success at Store Manager level
* Demonstrable knowledge of retail processes, business drivers and people management
* Good communication, management and development skills
* Multi-site management experience
* Above experience in fast paced / high volume / comparable environment is a must
