The RoleThe RoleObjective: The project manager will act as a hotel manager for three different camps providing full life support services. Main responsibilities : Provide full life support to the three camps including, house keeping, laundry and food. Supervise the preparation and execution of meals for camp residents; Supervise 100+ third country national workers; Oversee all living camp management to ensure staff a safe, clean, secure living environment. Develop profit and loss reports on regular basis and ensure saving costs in all sub departments; Develop regular reports to higher management. Reporting to : Area Manager Subordinates : Location staff Number required : 1 Duration : 1 year renewable Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 90 Days Working hours : 0700 to 1500 Travel requirements : Travel to Kuwait or Dubai head offices on regular basis Gross monthly base salary : 4500-5500 depending on experience Commission / Bonus : NA Other Benefits : Company mobile, Company car, Full board accommodation, 2 return tickets to England |
