Operation Manager

Job description / Role

Triage is looking for operation Manager for one of our client based in Dubai, Who will be responsible to manages assigned company-owned and franchised restaurants through branch managers to achieve the company targeted plans and ensure operations execution to meet company standards and customer expectations within the designated location.

Relationships:
- Reports directly to the General Manager
- Relationship with: All departments

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure security of Company assets through effective controls and audits.
- Plan & conduct weekly meetings with Branch Managers.
- Manage and control the restaurants operation in compliance with operations standards, policies and procedures, through daily spot checks.
- Coordinate with Executive Chef in regard to food production, kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Analyze the monthly profit and loss statement.
- Control and monitor food and beverage costs.
- Analyze gaps and give efficient solutions to increase revenue and minimize expenses.
- Give a priority to customer satisfaction and set a consistent process to track complaints and to respond to customers needs.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to effectively plan for quantity, quality and development of personnel.
- Continuously checking the customer service, food quality and safety and sanitation focus.
- Monitor sales figures in comparison with budget.
- Ensure cost expenses meets with the set budget.
- Conducting one to one meetings with the staff when required
- Prepare a periodic menu analysis to identify most as well as less selling items.
- Propose new ideas for revenue generation.
- Play role in the menu engineering and menu design.
- Setting Budgets, forecasts and sales objectives.
- Review and modify standard procedures as per operation needs in coordination with related Branch managers.
- Responsible for organizing and structuring and opening new outlets.
