Job description / Role
Setting goals and operational planning, organization and follow-up implementation of the plans for the operation according to the procedures adopted for the management and operation
Participate in the development of the main objectives of the company and participate in the formulation
Directly responsible for all operations and branches to achieve the objectives and plans of the company
Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for the operation and production in order to achieve the main objectives of the company
The development of policies and corrective and preventive actions necessary for the operation and production in order to achieve the main objectives of the company
Training of personnel management and operating on their production and transfer experience to them so that they are qualified
Review monthly reports
Entirely responsible for the achievement of operational performance and productivity required for the company
Research and development of techniques and mechanics of operation and production
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above
