Job description / Role
Participate in developing policies and procedures.
Ensure business controls and customer service strategies are implemented at all levels.
Assist with marketing strategies for the district.
Meets or exceeds budgeted sales in the Area.
Maximizes profits and Area by controlling expenses within established budget guidelines.
Monitors restaurant management and employee schedules.
Develops managerial and leadership abilities of restaurant management staff.
Ensure high customer and client satisfaction
Ensure all food safety standards are executed according to company policy & health/sanitation regulations.
Monitor procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment.
Complete all administrative requirements and reports.
Requirements
Report to Director of Operation
Below 40 Years Old.
5+ years experience in the same field.
Uses fluently English Language.
This function is only for male candidates.
If candidate is expat then should have transferable residence in Saudi Arabia.
Workplace to be in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Salary package will be desired according to candidate qualifications and market range of salaries.
Bachelor degree is must, Master in Hospitality or BA is preferred.
