Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinates project review activity and status reporting for recurring project process and progress documentation
- Performs certain elementary level project tasks and records progress
- Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Follows directions for routine work with close supervision
- Receives detailed instructions for specific assignments
- Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and line management Transitions projects to customer for on-going support
- Identifies/supports in country non-production procurement needs via Boeing International Business System (BIBS) for all BSA local hires and expats including performing necessary User Liaison (UL) responsibilities
- Coordinates with BSA Finance, BSA Operations Department, and SSG Supplier Management (SM) to define the required procured commodity classification (service, goods, etc.) via BIBS system to ensure compliance with enterprise and BDS Procurement practices
- Helps to identify production procurement items via BSA International Purchase Request (IPR) for proper routing to BDS & BCA SM organization
- Works with BSA Finance, BDS Accounting, and Program Finance for proper charge line entries and mapping via BIBS I-Procure system
- Jointly with BSA Finance, Operations, and SSG-SM monitors the spending levels for the respective budgetary commitments for committed Purchase Requisitions (PR) via BIBS system. Performs other duties as assigned by BSA OSD Mgmt. in support of effective delivery of procured items for the business needs
- Teaming with SSG IBS to oversee data entries for BIBS PR data entries to ensure the compliant execution
- Depending operational set-up, this role is to oversee/supervise the contract/junior data entry clerks for all BIBS PR entries. Role will report to/accountable to BSA Operations Support Department (OSD) Director with dotted line responsibility to BSA CFO for compliance oversight
- Assists in the development and integration of programs plans strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work cost imperatives deployment analysis and impact mitigation
- Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case
- Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Meets with leadership to gain approval
- Collects organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs customer and supplier commitments and compliance
- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution
- Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
- Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
- Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives typically have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization
- Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
- Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

Requirements

Native Arabic speaker, strong English language skills. Extensive experience (minimum of 8 years in a similar position or with the combination of experience & qualification degree/s preferably in an international company) Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law.
