The RoleThe RoleThe holder of this position will come from a maritime background and be training, coaching and handling operational tasks at multiple locations, supporting offshore and border roles as priorities demand. An individual who will demonstrate training deliverables to multi-cultural learners with the ability to adjust sessions and work streams based on the dynamic environment, designing and reviewing training and coaching programs to meet the needs of the customer whilst sustaining a professional image. Responsibilities: Develop knowledge of security technologies Creating and QA/QC of procedures, reports, documentation and in conducting security surveys during installation and/or integration phases Designs training and coaching deliverables for external stakeholders Coordinating onsite internal & external stakeholders supporting milestone stages of turnkey projects Deliver training & coaching to military and civilian learners Integrate with multi-cultural audiences Lead instructor Operate in an offshore diverse environment Support onshore activities as priorities demand Conduct site security surveys Form working relationships with internal & external stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills and Experience: Training delivery - Mandatory Military experience - Mandatory, USMC or Royal Marines preferred Maritime Background - Mandatory Level of Military command - Mandatory Strong presentation skills Practiced in writing policy and procedures Good ICT skills (Microsoft Office) Good knowledge of physical security Security Risk Assessment - Desirable Knowledge of security technologies - Desirable Familiarity with SOP format of writing Knowledge in existing weapon-detection technologies i.e. AMDs, ETDs, X-ray/CT/diffraction x-ray, MMW, etc. Arabic Dialect - Desirable Fluent in written and verbal English |
