The RoleThe RoleAs the portfolio of infrastructure/civil projects across the Middle East continues to expand, so too does our employer, a leading provider of global national security services, looking to expand their ranks. With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Operational Coach to their team to support the growth and development of their projects in the Middle East. Reporting to the Coaching Manager, you will be training, coaching and handling operational tasks at multiple locations. Your responsibilities in this role will also include: Develop knowledge of security technologies Create QA/QC of procedures, reports, documentation and conduct security surveys during installation and/or integration phases Design training and coaching deliverables for external stakeholders Coordinate onsite internal and external stakeholders supporting milestone stages of turnkey projects Deliver training and coaching to military and civilian learners |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential attributes include: Degree qualified in a relevant field, with MBA qualifications being highly regarded Previous military command experience with a maritime background is essential Previous experience in training delivery is essential, with strong presentation skills and experience writing policies and procedures being highly regarded Knowledge in existing weapon-detection technologies (AMDs, ETDs, X-ray / CT / diffraction X-ray, MMW, etc) Familiarity with SOP format of writing Good knowledge of physical securty Knowledge of Security technologies and Security Risk Assessment would be highly regarded Fluency in written and verbal English is essential, with Arabic language skills being highly regarded A competitive expatriate package will be provided to attract top candidates to the role.
