The Role


The Role

The Operational Development Specialist is responsible for developing and formulating policies, processes, workflows and templates, as well as overseeing their implementation, publishing them and updating them continuously..

* Drafts and analyses the “as is” processes, suggesting necessary enhancements.
* Drafts policies, procedures, workflows and templates.
* Conducts the Operational Development Department induction plans to new joiners.
* Maintains the Operational Development database and Sharepoint page constantly updated.
* Delivers training on Visio and Igraphics when requested.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

* Bachelor’s degree.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in Igraphics, MS Project and Visio.*
* Process Professional Certificate in Six Sigma or equivalent.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
