Operational HR Manager
Select Human Resources
•Must be responsible to manage the staffing needs of the plant, to lead the HR Administration and Employee Relations role, insure the enforcement of HR procedures and policies locally and implement the group HR processes.
•You will need to be organized in order to ensure that the operational day-to-day is delivered while developing continuous improvement initiatives for the plant and contributing to one or two mid/long term HR projects or workshops (exchange of best practices through the Business Line HR group).
•Translate the requirements of the plant into HR strategic planning in order to guarantee availability of the right person at the right job on time.
•Understand the site needs, support the management in defining the adequate profile, the needed budget and job description definition, select the adequate staffing means, make a pre-selection of CV, lead the HR interviews, guide the manager in the candidate choice, negotiate the package and formalize offer and employment contract.
•Ensure smooth on-boarding of all new comers through an induction program following the Group standards.
•Lead monthly payroll process with contribution of Finance team,
•Guarantee the issuance of all HR official communications (employment contracts, addendums, salary review communication, disciplinary communication, etc.) liaising with the corresponding manager / employee, and ensure all personal employees file are up to date with all documents issued.
•Ensure enforcement and regular review of all needed supports for efficient administration of the staff (Local scales, site internal Rules, etc) and ensure enforcement of Local labor law.
•Ensure all Group HR reporting are efficiently done in time (monthly SAP update, quarterly Magnitude update, etc.)
•Develop constructive employee’s relations thanks to frequent one-to-one with the staff.
•Coach managers and provide general guidance while dealing with HR topics within their team.
•Lead in the implementation of all the annual Group HR processes locally: Annual development interview, Salary review, People review and Training Plan.
•HR manager with a minimum of 5 years experience
•At least one significant experience within a multi-national company,
•At least one significant experience on an HR operational role ideally on a construction site
•Education Requirements: A Master Degree in HR (or Business Degree with HR major)
•Languages required: Arabic (mother tongue) and English (fluent).
•Required technical Skills:
- Payroll and HR administration skills,
- Recruitment & staffing planning,
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR information system,
- Organization & communications skills.
•Salary Between 2,100 and 2,500 JOD / month
