Employment: Full Time

The Al-Futtaim Training Centre was established 22 years ago to train and develop the Group's most valuable asset, its human resources.

The Centre works in partnership with the Group's businesses and also with Group Principals, Suppliers and External Customers. The Training Centre assists its partners with their Training Needs and Customised Programmes which are developed to meet these needs accordingly.

The Centre offers courses in Management, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical, Language, Communication and Information Technology. It also offers its premises to its customers for their own conferences, meetings and in-house product training sessions and many more. We are looking for candidates that have strong administration, financial and analytical support to Learning & Development Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:-

* Supporting the Operations Manager in analysing and reporting of data, including financial reports specific to the operations of Group Learning & Development
* Produce and manipulate excel tables to an advanced level, with a strong attention to detail
* Report and analyse all data produced, including predictive information and tracking and measurements of G L& D projects
* Scrutinize all financial payments and processes and recommend necessary actions to maintain accurate and up to date financial position
* Work with Group Finance and Group Procurement to ensure the best possible prices are obtained for external supplier services including the creation of LPO's through SAP system. All decisions to be made in tandem with the Operations Manager
* Maintain data base for Debtors including the receipt of all monies from external customers, and the reconciliation to Group finance
* Maintain and support G L& D processes within Grow - including Course content updates, confirmation of courses, reports and user issues
* General Administration duties and support of all other Administration staff -including, customer queries via face to face or by telephone, monthly inventories of all training equipment, training materials, and management of external staff

Requirements

* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School
* Minimum Experience: 3 yrs Experience within similar role or recognized Financial qualifications
* Job-Specific Skills: Advanced MS Office, Finance, SAP, Project Management.
* Behavioural Competencies : High level of Computer Literacy able to act on own initiative and clear communication skills.
