Employment: Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Co-ordinator to join a regional Property Management Firm based in the heart of Dubai. Our client is a market leader in their industry and they aim to maintain dominance within this dynamic sector. The company has offices across the Middle East and has a presence in the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: daily administration of property portfolios, monitoring lease start and end dates as well as renewals and increments etc. The Operations Co-ordinator will be accountable for managing maintenance issues, liaising with tenants in a professional manner, and monitoring service charge payments and ensuring they are paid on time.

Other duties include: undertaking inspections of the properties before new tenants move in and when they vacate the building and maintaining property listings and corresponding with brokers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and will have the ability to prioritise efficiently when faced with undertaking various tasks in a busy environment. You must have a personable nature and be an impeccable communicator in order to interact effectively with clients on a daily basis.

Our client would prefer a Tagalog speaking individual for this role and preference will be given to those who are available immediately.
