Operations Coordinator - ISOP - Mall Management - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are looking to recruit a Building Management Systems (BMS) expert whom will be the ISOP - Operations Coordinator within Cairo Festival City - Mall Management team. Through this role you will be responsible and will supervise ISOP activities, you will make sure that the hard-services providers / Coordinators respond quickly to ISOP job cards. You will also track the job cards and provide daily and monthly reports with statistics, Moreover, you will be responsible for Inventory management through the system.

Requirements

- University Graduate, with Building Management System (BMS) hands on knowledge.
- 3-5 Years of experience with enterprise software preferably facilities management software - Building Management System (BMS).

Job-Specific Skills:
- Same field experienced - preferably in a retail environment such as a Shopping centers, or alternatively in a large size hospital/ hotel. Proficiency in MS Office and data base applications.
- Good English language skills.
- Flexible to work on a rotational shift bases, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. (including weekends and official holidays)
