Employment: Full Time

Operations Coordinator/Supervisor - OES KSA

- Coordinate works scopes with client, head office operations and inspectors
- Attend pre mobilization and de mobilization meetings with client
- Attend follow up meeting with client
- Coordinate and work with equipment supervisor to ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Work under direction of the Country Manager
- Assist with planning of new scopes requested by clients
- Provide timely accurate updates of operations
- Maintain and accurately update the daily planning schedule
- Upsell the companies services and pass all leads to BDM / Country Manager
- Must ensure quality of the service is maintained

Requirements

- Must have worked offshore, onshore with Oil and energy companies as an Lead inspector for two years
- Is desirable to have been organising multiple teams in multiple locations
- Strong technical understanding of the international requirements. LOLER 98, PUWER,SI2307, 2306, API, ABS, DNV, ASME, BS, EN within the field of inspections
- Experienced with Drops surveys in line with IADC and OES guidelines
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent report writing skills
- Must be personable, credible and flexible
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Honest and reliable

The role is a critical part for OES Group in Saudi Arabia and carries a significant amount of responsibility. The candidate must be able to work autonomously, under pressure and be a key member of a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to step into an important role and make this their own.

There is a prospect of accompanied status in Bahrain working in Saudi Arabia or if the candidate prefers living and working in Saudi Arabia.
