Job description / Role
Allen & York are currently looking to appoint an experienced Operations Director (Plant Manager) to join a Solar Cell/ solar photovoltaics (PV) manufacturing company to be based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
The Operations director will be responsible for the running of the factory, leading the manufacturing team to next generation technologies, implementing cost reductions programs and assuring that customer commitment are 100% fulfilled.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering or any related course.
- 8 years of experience in running similar PV projects.
- Experience in engagement in early stage factory building for PV manufacturing including vendor understanding and equipment installation/integration supervision.
- Experience with high automation production systems is also required.
