Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position is with one of our client based in United Arab Emirates and they are looking for a Operations Director who will be acting as the direct link between the Managing Director and the overall company operations.
This position require someone who is strong have decision making ability and be a team player.
They will be responsible for the overall management of the company operations, strategic planning of Marketing, Supply Chain, Training and development strategies, product development, Business strategies, people strategy and Financial Strategy.
This position requires someone with proven track record in
1. Planning and Organizing
2. Developing Financial and Sales Marketing business plans.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
4. Production Management
5. Supply Chain Management
6. Team Management and Communication

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a high managerial level from relevant Industry.
Minimum qualification Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Responsible on focusing on manufacturing and business development objectives, revenue growth, departmental and people efficiency and profitability.
To have an understanding of trends within the ceramic market inside and outside the Middle East and have a very good understanding of the impact of innovative product design on business growth.
To develop and implement strong production and quality targets, and ensure the achievement of them.
Enhance the technical specifications of all the products to be able to easily compete in the regional and global markets.
To plan sales target as per the sales plan, volume projection and area profitability concentrating on the International and Local Market.
