Job description / Role
Our client, a key player in hospitality management, is seeking to hire an Operations Director for their GCC operations.
The role will encompass a wide variety of hospitality projects to manage and develop. Our client is going through an exciting period of development and they need an over achieving regional operation director
Requirements
- The ideal candidates as regional operations director must have a recognized university degree in hotel management or similar and will already be in a senior role from hospitality environment . What we are looking for is:
- High end hospitality / B&I contract catering / commercial experience at senior level
- Passion - all about food, drink, service, and client relationships.
- Innovation - we are looking for someone who can look after the conception and implementation of premium hospitality products in fixed venues.
- Strong team management / development skills - able to lead, motivate and inspire
- Strong networking skills - an existing network in high end hospitality is key!
- Excellent attention to detail, able to drive service standards across the business
- Personality - outgoing, friendly, able to communicate at all levels.
- Strong business skills - strong finance experience and flair!
- Passion, a fresh approach, tons of energy and a creative streak
