Employment: Full Time

The Operations Director is responsible to ensure the operational and financial performance of all fitness centers in terms of housekeeping services, sales revenues, operations (general fitness, personal fitness programs, group fitness programs, availability of facilities, staffing levels, etc.), health and safety standards, and the delivery of excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent, MBA is preferred
- 6 years of experience in operations management and 4 years of experience in a managerial role
- Fluent in English
- Preferably Arab National
