We have an impressive database of operations professionals from a wide range of manufacturing sectors chilled and frozen foods, bakery, grocery, meat and poultry, fresh produce, drinks, cereals, ingredientsthe list goes on. And on many occasions the ideal candidate to meet our clients requirement for a new Operations Director is sitting there on our list of high calibre candidates. These roles never get advertised.

Extensive experience in manufacturing management
Broad range of skills including production, planning, engineering, logistics, supply chain, H&S
Past involvement in, and understanding of, NPD and Technical processes
Team leading ability
KPI management
Modern manufacturing principles (CI, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean etc)
Executive Team contribution
Strategic planning
Capex project management

These are business critical roles. The Operations Director is often the key player in guaranteeing the success of our client companies.
