Job description / Role
ABOUT CLIENT:
An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East based National Oil Company.
JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE:
1. Supervises, monitors and controls the safe and efficient operations for the receipt, storage, measurement and loading of crude oil.
2. Participates in developing and reviewing maintenance and inspection plans by advising on equipment availability for maintenance, taking into account maintenance priorities, operations safety and production targets. Decommission/commission equipment and issue work permits, as when necessary.
3. Liaises with various parties inside and outside to coordinate import/export activities including field operations, oil movement, SPC, Ruwais Refinery, ship agents, shipmasters, loading contractors, independent surveyors, etc.
Requirements
1. B. Sc. in an Engineering discipline preferably mechanical or chemical.
2. Minimum Seven years in oil terminal operations.
3. Experience in shutdown, X-mas tree software, breakdown maintenance, etc.
