Job description / Role
My client, an international consumer electronics brand, is currently looking for an Operations Executive for the Corporate communications department. The candidate must be fluent in Farsi and excellent communication skills in English.
The candidate will have the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
- Managing and executing all the market activities for the company across the region
- Provide administrative and planning support for corporate communications Department
- Prepare monthly reports
- Prepare post & pre -events reports
- Maintain department activity calendar
- Manage county wise reporting
- Monitor & maintain department KPIs
- Ensure day to day tasks & responsibilities are aligned with the department goals and objectives
- Manage department weekly meetings
- Provide all the required administration support during events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar
- MUST be fluent in Farsi and English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Good understanding of the consumer electronics industry
- Based in Dubai
- MUST be on Father's/Husband's visa
